  Long story short. We ordered and they forgot about us. And there were multiple people who entered after us and left with food before us. They told us there was an issue with out order. But honestly the customer service was so great due to human error we not only received a free pizza but we also received free drinks and our medium pizza was increased to a large and we didn't pay anything for this visit. This goes to show everyone makes mistakes but what you do after the mistake is what matters the most and the did the right thing.
