  To all potential patients:
  Dr. Wiley has never been honest to me and my family throughout our experience with her. She lures in patients with a bright smile and an accommodating attitude. But once you have become a regular patient, each visit will only get worse and worse.
  
  Dr. Wiley was misleading with transaction amounts. There were many hidden charges and her services are way overpriced. For one, applying the permanent retainer alone costed $500 and an additional $75 for any repairs.
  
  Their customer service lacks. Most of the workers were very nice, but a lot of them did not last very long. This is because Dr. Wiley humiliates them even when the patient is around.
  
  I often felt unsure of her dental procedures. Towards the end, when Dr. Wiley got tired of being fake nice to me, she began to perform carelessly, leading to bloody gums and dreading the next visit.
  
  Lastly, she is VERY unprofessional. I recall my last visit when I had to come in to clarify about the payments regarding to having my retainers removed. While I wasn't told to have it removed that day, I asked to make another appointment where my parent could be there with me to discuss payments with her. Upon doing so, Dr. Wiley says, "don't waste my office hours". This was the last insult that my family could handle.
  
  *I would rate her awful business with 0 star if I could. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC IF YOU DON'T WANT TO REGRET IT LATER!
