  I have rented for the last 10 years and things couldn't be worse. There is a large influx of third-world tenants living here now. They don't share our values and it shows. They're wrecking the area and they have little or no respect for their neighbors. I have enclosed several photos taken in just a five-minute tour of the Windsor complex on Monday, August 28, 2017, at approximately 2:45 PM. I have done what I could, picking up trash and debris left behind by the current population. I can easily fill two supermarket bags on just one tour. When I first started renting, the cost was about $660/month. Now, it's $865/month–that's a 24% increase for a studio apartment! I haven't renewed because I lost my job and my prospects are dim to non-existent. I'm leaving Illinois to you and to its current filth of humanity.
