  First, I thought it was important for me to exercise my HONEST " First amendment right" I've been legally advised, this is a forum for positive or negative feedback. My dealings with the owner/office manager Adnan was an horrible unprofessional experience! He was impatient, dishonest and extremely forgetful.
  
  This guy will be quick to say your insurance will cover therapy services and schedule your child. I would highly recommend verifying your own insurance benefits and getting prior authorizations before being blind-sided by a HIGH bill. When your insurance denies because the lack of information received, he will quickly blame your insurance company instead of admitting his lack of insurance billing knowledge.
  
  It's important to find a therapy location where quality customer service is given to you/your child. As parents dealing with children with special needs, additional stress from insurance billing of things doesn't help. hungry. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because the licensed therapists genuinely cares about your child and are knowledgeable with therapy services.
  
  As a quick reference, I would review the BBB website, Yelp and Google reviews before putting yourself in a financial situation for your child's therapy services.
