  This is a lovely family-owned jewelry store with excellent customer service! I have been looking for a jeweler who could repair one of my favorite necklaces, but have been turned down at several other stores. Today I stumbled upon Paolucci Jewelers. Suffice it to say I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience here! I was kindly greeted by the owner Tom who took an interest in my concern and was able to fix it without any hesitation. I can see why customers prefer a family-owned business like this one and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a high-quality jeweler in the suburbs!
